New Brand, who dis?
I'm just gonna blows the dust off this lovely blog and remind folks I'm still out here making foods and fun things for SL!
Why the name change?
Honestly, I love the name Pallaeu because it is one of my favorite Caribbean dishes. But it's also hard to pronounce, hard to spell, and hard to remember. Not great things for a brand. Moreover, I really wanted to make a set of Caribbean dishes and thought making a platter of Pallaeu while the stores called Pallaeu might be too funny. The store is more than one pot stewed meat and rice!
